Boot Camp Classes
“BootCamp” is type of group exercise training class that combines traditional calisthenics and
body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. BootCamps are designed in a
way that pushes you harder than you’d push yourself and, in that way, it resembles a military
boot camp. The goal of BootCamp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and
endurance.

Boot camp workouts are a good fit for those that want a more challenging and varied workout.
It requires little or no special equipment and you will surely enjoy a sense of camaraderie among
your camp mates. We dare you to try BootCamp with Trina! Check out our weekly BootCamp

Pilates Mat Classes
Mat Pilates is an exercise method that stretches and strengthens your body, primarily the
muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. Joseph Pilates developed the
Pilates exercises in the 1920s during WWI as a way for injured and bedridden hospital patients
(mostly soldiers) to keep up their strength. Now, Mat Pilates borrows influences from other
disciplines such as dance, yoga and classic calisthenics.

Our Mat Pilates classes are performed equipment-free, with the exercise moves adapted to
work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning and support. So even if you’re not
bedridden or injured, a Pilates class is perfect for those who want to try a toning class that is
